I feel like I have climbed and conquered the tallest peaks this week! I successfully made it through my first week of teaching. I feel pretty good about it, a few things I need to reflect upon, one of which being discipline which has never been my strongest point as a teacher. However, it only has been the first week, and I know that with time I will learn what works and what does not work, and what the needs of the kids are. I had a lot of fun this week and have had SO much support from the staff at the school! I really do feel at home, and like I am meant to be there! Well, have a SUPER weekend and I will see you all on monday! PS: The picture to the left today was taken in Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado in July, 2005!
